These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and [TCGBindr LLC], a Texas limited liability company ("TCGBindr," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the TCGBindr website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service — including creating an account, entering your collection, or clicking any button indicating your agreement — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TCGBindr. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
TCGBindr does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
You may not create more than one account per person, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without their explicit permission. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
TCGBindr offers a free tier and paid Collector tier subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscribers at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize TCGBindr to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@tcgbindr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Collector tier features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of documented billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@tcgbindr.com.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to update it if it changes.
Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or other taxes applicable to your jurisdiction.
The TCGBindr free tier is limited to tracking up to 1,000 cards across all supported TCGs combined. If your collection exceeds this limit, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid Collector tier subscription to add additional cards. Cards already in your collection will remain accessible if you exceed the limit without upgrading, but you will not be able to add new cards until you either upgrade or reduce your collection count below the limit.
Certain features — including full price history, price alerts, advanced portfolio analytics, graded card tracking, and trade matching — are available exclusively to Collector tier subscribers. The free tier provides a preview of some of these features to help you evaluate their value.
We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations with reasonable advance notice to free users.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. TCGBindr is a collection management and portfolio tracking tool for personal use by TCG enthusiasts. You agree not to:
"User Content" means any content you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service, including deck lists, trade listings, collection notes, community posts, and binder descriptions.
By submitting User Content to TCGBindr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
User Content must not be fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to review, remove, or modify User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Deck lists marked as public, trade listings, and community posts may be visible to other TCGBindr users. Collection data and personal pricing information is private by default and visible only to you unless you explicitly choose to share it.
The TCGBindr name, logo, brand guide, website design, product features, software, and all content we create are owned by TCGBindr LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our express written permission.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.
TCGBindr displays card images, card names, set symbols, and related content from trading card games. This content is owned by their respective publishers:
TCGBindr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these publishers. All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Card data is sourced via third-party APIs including Scryfall.
You may not use TCGBindr to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit card images or content beyond personal collection management purposes.
Price data is updated periodically and may not reflect real-time market prices. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. You should conduct your own research before making any buying, selling, or trading decisions.
TCGBindr is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer. Nothing in the Service should be construed as financial or investment advice.
TCGBindr's trade matching feature connects users who have listed cards for trade. TCGBindr acts solely as a technology platform facilitating these connections and is not a party to any trade transaction between users.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of trade listings, negotiating trade terms, and fulfilling any trade you agree to. TCGBindr makes no warranties regarding the condition, authenticity, or value of cards listed for trade.
TCGBindr is not responsible for disputes arising from trade transactions, including but not limited to non-delivery, misrepresentation of card condition, or fraud. We encourage users to exercise caution and use reputable methods when completing trades with other users.
The TCGBindr mobile app includes a card scanning feature that uses your device's camera to identify cards. By using this feature:
Scanner accuracy may vary depending on card condition, lighting, sleeve type, and card edition. We do not guarantee 100% scanning accuracy. Always review auto-identified cards before confirming them to your collection.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tcgbindr.com or through your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may terminate your account immediately and without refund.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. Collection data export will be available for 30 days following voluntary account termination upon request.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TCGBINDR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service, including price data and card valuations.
Card value estimates displayed in TCGBindr are informational only and do not constitute guarantees of market value, insurance valuations, or appraisals.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TCGBINDR LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF CARD VALUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TCGBINDR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
